The 35th annual meeting of the Society for Exact Philosophy will be held at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, May 17-20, 2007. The period for paper submissions has closed and the conference schedule is in preparation. We hope you will join us in Vancouver for what promises to be a most excellent conference.

Conference Accomodations
Conference rate for rooms is no longer available, but we are told that there still may be rooms available at a modestly higher rate. Call the Reservations Office, toll-free 1-888-822-1030, for more information.
Conference-rate accomodations have been arranged at Gage Towers at UBC.
Conference Room Rates:
- Premium Single: $49 Canadian dollars
- Studio Suite [Single]: $79 Canadian dollars
Check-In Time: 3pm. Check-Out Time: 11am.
As a courtesy to conferees, these conference rates can be obtained for extended stays up to three days prior and/or up to three days after the meeting dates. We hope some of you will be able to stay longer and enjoy Vancouver and environs.
1) The Premium-Single is a bedroom in an apartment with four single bedrooms sharing a lounge and washroom. Each bedroom accommodates one person only.
2) The Studio Suite is a private suite with single bed, shower, kitchenette. Suitable for one person only.

For your planning purposes: Please note that the first keynote address is at 4:00pm on Thursday, May 17th--with a welcoming reception immediately following. The schedule of talks may be expected to then continue from first thing on the morning of the 18th through early afternoon on Sunday the 20th.

Time and Universe (TaU) Workshop
Immediately following SEP 2007, the Time and Universe (TaU) cluster will hold its annual workshop at UBC. SEPers are welcome to stay on and attend the TaU workshop, where the focus will be on the philosophy and physics of time. Richard Healey will present a two-part mini-course on symmetry.
